• your event date and preferred banner size
• the themes, colours, names and other details you include in your message

You must provide your name, email address and banner details so we can respond. Your event date and preferred banner size are optional.

If you place an order, we may also keep order, design, payment and collection records.

Our hosting provider may process technical information such as your IP address and browser details to operate and protect the website.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

• reply to your enquiry and check availability
• prepare, agree and complete your banner order
• manage payment and collection
• keep records required for accounting or legal purposes
• protect the website and enquiry form from misuse

We do not sell your information. We do not use enquiry details for marketing without your permission.

Our lawful basis

We use your information to take steps at your request before entering into a contract and to fulfil an order you place with us.
